RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns or exchanges must be authorized by a Customer Service Representative prior to returning the product. Please contact us to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
DAMAGED PART RETURN
PROCEDURE - Use these guidelines
when the part you received is faulty, damaged, or goes bad within the
warranty period.
INCORRECT

guidelines when the part you receive is not the same part you ordered
from us.
OTHER
RETURN PROCEDURES - Use these guidelines for any return
situations not covered by the first two descriptions above and for
returns which are no fault of the company.
Damaged Part Return Procedure
- Obvious damage to packages must be noted by the customer
on the bill of lading at the time of receipt, or reported to delivery service
and a claim must be recorded with the shipper. Hidden damages must be reported
to the carrier immediately. In both cases, damages due to shipping
are to be settled between the customer and the carrier. All claims for
damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all
shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier
inspection.
Incorrect Part Shipment Return

If the part received is not the same part which was ordered by
the customer please call us to speak with a customer service representative and obtain a return
authorization.

A call tag will be issued for the item and a shipping company
will pick up the part for return to us.

The correct replacement part will be sent to you free of charge.

We must receive the return item within the 60 day
warranty period for the item to be considered under warranty and a free
exchange to be inititated.

If the item is not received by us within the 60 day
warranty period, no exchange or refund will be allowed.

When shipping parts back, REMEMBER to include a copy of your ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

If you paid with a credit card, please allow 2-3 days for the
credit refund to show up on your credit card transaction history. In the
event you paid with a check, please allow for 2-3 weeks for receipt of the
refund check. Any restocking or non-refundable shipping fees
will be taken out of the amount refunded.
Other Return Procedures
This return policy covers the following situations and others
which are not the fault of the company.

The customer orders the incorrect part from
our web site through no fault of the company.

The customer receives the part in good condition and
decides for some reason that they do not want the part.

The customer refuses the part shipment and the part is
returned to us

Contact us to
speak with a customer service representative and obtain a return
authorization.

You must pay the shipping company of your choice to return the
item to us at the address listed on the shipping label of the
package.

Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable!

A 15% restocking fee is charged on all returns returned to us which are returned due to no fault of the company.

If the item is not received by us within 60 days, no
refund will be given.

When shipping parts to us, REMEMBER to

All returned items must be unused and in resalable condition,
including original packaging. No returns or exchanges on merchandise that
shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched or defaced
will be allowed. Merchandise returned in non-sellable, incomplete, or not new
condition will be returned to the buyer at your expense.

We do not pay shipping, handling, customs fees, taxes
or insurance for returned/exchanged items, this is at buyer's cost and
risk.

If for any reason an order is refused at time of delivery, refused
shipments sent back do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It
is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements for refused
shipments to be reshipped.
